Theoretically a 6.01 barrel will be better than a 6.03, but the dimension difference is so small it really doesn't make a difference. For real results, extend your barrel length a few inches and/or buy high quality bb's.
ASGI did a video comparing the difference between a 6.03 and 6.01, and the 6.01 actually preformed worse. Not saying that a 6.01s Are worse than 6.03s, but if 6.01s are better, they aren't better by much.
So like I said before, if you really want noticeable accuracy difference then buy heavier and more precise bb's and extend your barrel. But in reality, accuracy in airsoft doesn't matter as most people simply spray others on full auto.
