Can you upgrade a Aftermath Night cqb with any after market parts like barrels and internals stuff like that if so how do i know what stuff works?

Post a link to the gun you are talking about. Most guns that above the walmat crap are compatible with upgrade parts.

Yeah that should be fine. What kind of performance are you looking to get out of your gun? Are you planning on putting in the parts yourself or do you know a tech?

Lol I don't think he is either, considering the 94 at the end of his user name I would think he was born in 1994 with the way he is spelling and grammar. But it could just be a random number.

Anyways, you don't need a silencer unless you are increasing your inner barrel length. As for the actual inner barrel, you really can't go wrong with a madbull tight bore. Just make sure its the same length as the barrel you have now, unless of course you want to increase the length.

I believe the standard length of a M4 is 363mm, but I'm not sure.

Correct, 14.5" M4s use 363mm inner barrels.
