Need a little help on loadout

Hello everyone, sorry to post a "help me choose this, this, or this" topics, but I need the help and opinions of everyone.

I cant decide which plate carrier would work the best/ be the most comfortable. I am also going for a Force Recon/MARSOC loadout.


The choices are:
Maritime CIRAS
1961a chest rig with a SPC
1961a chest rig with plain plate carrier (No MOLLE)
RRV with a plain plate carrier (No MOLLE)

Based on experience, which one would you guys prefer?

Thanks. I have just heard bad things about the CIRAs due to it being extremely bulky.

A plain SPC is also fine, if you just want to run with that.

sorry for the thread jack but i didnt want help clutter up the server anymore. i have a couple of questions on gear: modifacations on my beta spetsnaz for range, acuracy and am willing to trade RPM for those. next i am looking for a decent gun cam to put on it. and i have heard about paratrooper helmets that dont stick out more than half an inch. anyone know if that is true? Do you have a link?

I like the idea of an LBV on top of an old style Interceptor. That shouldn't be too bulky, and you can remove the plate carrier if you want.
