Seagreen,

Sounds awesome. I think some pics for load out examples would help. I could bring down 4-6 for SF, but what era are we talking? We could do ACU's with MC/Tan equipment complete with painted ACH's and US weapons.

Also depends on what the three who are already signed up were thinking.

Cosmos ,Shifty182, Prophet What BDU type are thinking about using? SEALs loadout examples in the loadouts forum are pretty wide-ranging.

I have all the SOTG pics I could find on my photobucket

A few of us are thinking as going in as Chechen units for OPFOR, would this be okay?

Under the constraints of the game, YES, you can totally do that...and would be welcomed.

The impression base would be "modern" ie: in from the last few years to now. Because this is going to be a gear-fest...some of the guys will have slightly different gearsets but the overall level of accuracy is what needs to be followed.....ACU's/MC and CB gear with ACH's would be ideal....Obviously though, Catch22 is the our go-to for the "acceptable gear table" for this game.

Honestly though, I have yet to see a SF gang that all looked identical...it usually ends up being a mix and match gear spectrum.

Also, the date should have fallen on a SUNDAY. I'm going to work that out due to the travel issues associated with our out of state friends.

I'm down for indigenous. I've been dying to wear my mandress to another game. Plus, I have an AK and ghetto gear! No beard, though. :P

I was hoping PCU level 5 but I do have ACU and would consider getting some DCU. But pretty much shooting for this:

though I may have to switch to Nato and do an Aussie SOTG impression with my teammate Jewish Ninja.

Meh - count me in for Insurgent. I'm sure I can find a 'sterile' Durka uniform ;) Plus gives me an excuse to buy an SVD
