Hello everyone, I am new to this whole airsoft thing. I wish I would have known a long time ago that this is so much cooler than going to walmart and buying a $15 spring gun! Better late than never though so I am diving in head first now, and hopefully I will love what I find. Also any tips or pointers would be awesome I am sure I got some work to do to get in good playing condition.

thanks everyone. I unfortunately do not have any playmates :( lol however if I can find a camo smoking jacket I will for sure be sporting it! Hef is just the first 3 letters of my last name, its been a nickname since highschool, I was running for class president and we couldnt fit my whole name on the poster we made. So we just wrote Hef and it has stuck ever since

How's it going? Welcome to AP.

Tips: TM and KWA make the best GBBs, G&P and Classic Army make the best M4s, Real Sword makes the best AKs, Flyye/Pantac > Condor, ALICE is awesome, midcaps are great, get an AK, use the grammars, read the stickies, get an AK, get some good Belleville boots for cheap on eBay cos' it's very important not to roll one's ankle, don't feed the lions, get an AK, I provide maple syrup for waffles, listen to advice since usually it's right, get an AK, and, lastly, have fun

I hope to see you out on the field, new players are always fun to see getting into the sport. Remember, one's age shouldn't represent their maturity and intelligence, so respect everyone on the forum and everyone will respect you right back. Also, CAG has monthly trainings (no I am not CAG), talk to Darius137, as the trainings are very helpful to new players, and you'll be introduced to a lot of airsofters at all levels of experience. Remember to read the stickies, I cannot stress that enough. Also, Airsoft Outlet Northwest, which I think is a little out of your way, sadly, is a local shop and is many players preferred airsoft store.

I think I have read the stickies, I read a ton of stuff when I first signed on. Probably gonna check it out again just to be sure. Airsoft outlet isn't to terribly far away from me, been there once and gonna go again soon. I wish I woulda known about them before I bought my gun. I bought a dboys m4 from airsoft megastore and it came broken. I was gonna go to CAG's monthly training this month but due to me having to repair said gun I didn't get a chance to go :(. I am signed up for resurrection 3 and hopefully as soon as my gun is up and running I will make it out to the farm a couple times :)
