This will be my final post to this thread until after the event.

I will not be updating the rosters anymore. You want to come out thats great. Come on out. If not, thats okay too. see you guys today and tomorrow.

Weather is supposed to be clear and sunny today and tomorrow. Tonight is going to be very cold. Make sure to bring blankets, dress warm and bring firewood to contribute to the community pile.

There is one main firepit and some burn barrels. These are the only places that are approved to have fires. MAKE SURE TO BRING SOME FIREWOOD.

Alcohol and firearms do not mix and have no place at this event. CCL users please lock them in your glovebox when you get to the field and leave them there until you leave. If anyone see someone with a real steel, please find me or an admin ASAP!

There is no raffle if you haven't noticed. I have a small supply of some giveaways but that's it. Several sponsors were either too busy with shot show or they had ran out of money in the budgets when I asked. However I was promised some very nice items for some of my future games. Something about a MAGPUL ACR and Echo 1 M240B.

Bring good attitudes and play to have a great time

Saturday - February 19th
1500 - Field opens
1730 - Early Registration / Chrono begins *I will be there around 14:30 / 15:00
2130 - Early Registration / Chrono ends
0000 - Quiet Time

Sunday - February 20th
0730 - Registration / Chrono begins
1030 - Registration / Chrono ends
1045 - Safety / Rules Briefing
1100 - Game Begins
1600 - Game Ends

Last but not least...

We always talk about starting on time and normally do but usually at the cost of rushing things. With a huge turnout, that might prove to be difficult to have everyone ready to go on the dot. Our focus is to make sure we get it right before stepping off and we want the gameplay experiance to be what it should. So if that means we start a little behind schedule than we do. However, any time we go over in starting will be added to the end of the event.

Well, if someone wants to vouch some money to the person who drives me there.
If I can get some ammo and possibly $$ for me taking photos. You can probably start seeing me play at the next skirm.

Well if you want sweet pictures of the event, then someone should give him a ride. Fred does enough for AP.
