Good times!
Solid game administration.

P6- You did an excellent job commanding EDG.
While I'll admit there were times I was bored holding a position, I do understand the necessity of it.

Thanks Jester, for loaning me your boom stick. She shoots very nice!

...and the campout was (like always) good times. Got to catch up with old friends as well as made some new ones.

I'm sore, tired and satisfied.

PS; Limpy, get a haircut.

Fun. Exhausting. Exhausting. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Thank you for the awesome setup.
She said I raped her? Well, where there is a Will there is a way. But just remember, if it wasn't Lil, it wasn't Wil.

The Fallen have risen and avenged themselves! Well done to EDG! The Mehdi were a formidable opponent.

To Bill, Rick and the admin staff - Great job setting everything up and hosting this epic game.

Pharaoh 6 - It was an honor to play for you. Outstanding execution as Commanding Officer.

To EDG. Had a great time rolling with you! You displayed a lot of pride and professionalism while carrying out all orders and successfully accomplishing the mission!

For me: I'm exhausted, sore, tired and slashed apart by briar bushes. It was worth every bit of it!

Cheers!

I had a blast was good shooting people.

"Well, to be fair, you did have a standing order to kill me on sight."

This got confusing as hell. Half the time everyone I was with had no idea who was good who was evil. After finally getting confirmation of the shoot on site we began shooting at Red and Sota. Then it switched to Red was good and Sota was bad and the whole confusing streak reared its head again.

It came to the point of you point at me I shoot you which worked, but you had them people complaining they were on your team and whatnot...

Anyway again, I still had a blast. Cant wait for LOW III

What a riot..

So I was on red. It was simultaneously fun and painful on the conscience to be constantly switching sides, and trying to kill people who we had been working with just prior. I think part of the confusion was by design what made this game unique and interesting.

I got killed a lot, and killed not very much.

Nonetheless, I loved it. An amazing time. I think this was my favorite event I’ve ever attended.

Thanks to all the good sports, and to the admins and creators for making this a fun game :)

thanks to Seagreen for the partnership for this game and his game play tweaks.

thank you to the bsg admins for your help and support out in the field and around registration.

thank you to the black marketers and commanders. you guys were awesome today.

thank you players for your support and putting on a effective day of fun.

Thank you to all the players who were generous to give me your hard earned cash to shoot at each other. My family and I greatly appreciate your support.

LOWIII will be in August sometime. Look for an advance announcement sometime in June.

With the series tied 1-1, who is going to pull ahead to win the battle on socotra island. After LOWIII, the series goes into hiatus until early fall 2012.

Vehicles, Rockets Launchers, Rockets, Missile Silos, Helicopters (prop based) and some other items to be incorporated in the next one.

I am very very tired. and will add later, once I have some rest.

again thanks to everyone that attended or was apart of the event staff.

and I part you with sheeyyyuuut

Great game everyone. I had a blast and a half! Went through at least 4 bags of ammo keeping heads down with my saw.

P6, thanks to you and your guys for providing us with amazing leadership! I had a half stalk the whole day from both the excellent comms with the commanders and looking at the MIBTRs you guys had ;)

BSG, thanks a million for your admining skills. Having you guys on the field was a great feeling.

Great job everyone on EDG for sticking with it and keeping the fight going all day.

APST, shifty, ImPC, it was great running with you guys and always look forward to it!

Also it was great meeting all the new (to me) faces! The Jerk, next time we'll have to get a bigger group and take their bunker.

...While bunny hopping!

I had a blast.

Big props to P6 and his crew for leading us and maintaining the Chain of command.

I really really really like midcaps only and 15 minute respawns.

Thanks for a great game set up. I personally thought the 15 minute respawn worked great. Actually most of it worked great, except the back and forth, friendly then enemy BS with the black marketeers. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, fool me three times GOD DAMNIT *RAGE QUIT*! If we do a black marketeer thing at the next one, I say they start off neutral, if they go hostile at any point, they stay hostile until the end of the game.

yep thats how it was designed. alliances, friend or foe, business or pleasure. It's about the relationship you do or do not create with your customers. sounds like on both sides there were "trust" issues ;-)

ben they were nuetral in the beginning but something happened to cause a stir. If they were hostile at any point, why would you trust them after that point? As a team you should have decided then what your interaction would be. you had another team to rely on goods. hence why there was two..

Just a few other things:

Sportsmanship was great. I didn't see much hacking, and that that I did see was taken care of by admins. BSG don't shazaam around.

The respawns rocked. I really liked the system, the only thing I could suggest is making the teams be on different schedules, so that it's not always one big group of reinforcements taking on another one.

Also, yeah, we started neutral. When we gt shot at, we shot back, and eventually we just started killing people when we saw them.
