No, Wombat did that.

Amazing game! Had a lot of fun running with the "Lucky 13th". Phoenix, you are a very good squad leader. Pickles, you've got a good sense of humor and a good sense of what a good camo looks like, also apparently we look alike, at least when we are both wearing Flora and Shemaghs.

I got 5 safety kills in 10 seconds... great day.

Big props to P6 and his crew for leading us and maintaining the Chain of command.

I really really really like midcaps only and 15 minute respawns.

QFT! The command element made this game. I really like the 15 min intervals also.

I'm broken in a good way. The timed respawns were awesome. Enough time to reload mags, but not enough to really make it disheartening.

P6, 1-6, 2-6, 3-6: You all did excellent jobs as PL's. Your experience showed, and your planning was key to the victory. It was also nice to see you all out amongst the shooters, not standing back at spawn.

Thank you Rick and BSG for putting this on/making it happen.

Note to self: don't shoot Seagreen in the face with a bolt action from 5 feet away.

being a former BSG member, i was happy and proud to walk the field with my friends.

if some felt i delt them unfairly, for that i am sorry. there were alot of areas of the field that "promoted" unfair play such as blind firing and a few safety kills that were not up to protocol.....just so those that got reprimanded, both parties got killed, not just one side. i tried to be as fair to you guys as possible.

good game was good.
I am not half as good as I want to be, but I am twice as good as you think I am.

That was a fantastic game, especially the lack of breaks and hacking. The admins did a great job and one always seemed to be nearby. The continuous play really added to the immersion. The 15 minute respawn was awesome, as was the midcap only rule.

I think the black marketeers added an interesting aspect to the game. Since the Mahdi were completely outclassed/outnumbered by SOTA we did a lot of side swapping trying to find someone we could trust. Everybody seemed to be pretty good sports, and at the end, even when I think we were against medhi, their guys let us roll with them for a while against sota. Also thanks a ton to the edg guys for offering up the cease fire while you were dug in by our respawn, that was the maturity high point of my day.

And I'm sorry to the medhi guys we safety killed, it's a shame as you weren't directly involved in the issue. It was kind of an eye for an eye thing. As far as I know.

To the Admin: Awesome job....Any issues that occured were quickly delt with. The game was run very smoothly...I will deffinatly be participating in more events.

To EDG: Overall I feel at the begining of the match everyone just really wanted to run around with they're teams and shoot the enemy. I felt most of the players were hesitent to attempt the chain of command method and overall company level tactics. It took some time to find the right words of encouragement to motivate you all into working and getting out of that damned trench line. Once 2nd platoon resecured the fort, and pushed to the road....something clicked and the tide changed.....Thank you everyone for the outstanding teamwork, and the patience. You all worked hard for this. Im losing my voice, and super exhausted....Even blatently ran a red light lol.

To Ogre AKA Pharaoh 2-3 and his squad....Thank you for being patient and I truely am Sorry to have left you flapping in the wind without any support till damn near the last hour of the game.

To the members of 2nd Platoon "Demon Hunters" (Yeah I decided on a platoon name for all of you) Thanks for the fun and patience. As a Squad Leader I'm used to controlling a smaller element. (9-11 troops) Leading and directing a Platoon is a lot harder then it looks. Thanks again. Hope to see you on the field again soon!

To the OPFOR: Thanks for not losing the fighting spirit. It was a good match and you all played well.

And finally to Jester....I'm still snickering when I think about the Hi-Cap incident. Well played brother.

I had lots of fun as always. Quite a few memorable kills and crawling around in the dirt.

There was some confusion over who was supposed to shoot who and whatnot, but the one rule I think needs amending is the knife kill rule. Towards the end when the field got reset and the admins were telling us to move up the black marketeers, whom we never knew if we were to shoot or not and judging from their nonchalant attitude we were not supposed to, are walking by. Then, they run up the line of players, tapping us on the chest and saying 'knifekill'. Rather silly, really. While it appears to be in the letter of the rules, in spirit its completely asinine. I view knifekills the same as a safety kill. If a safety kill can only be on one person and from behind them, then I think knifekills should be the same.

Well, I had a fun time. Finally getting back in the swing of things after an extended absence that was actually not that long. Anywho;

EDG: Very well-played match. You all did a very good job of taking them objectives of ours.
Mehdi: Well done and good intensity. Organization was lacking, but we still did carry on throughout the battle and fought well and hard.
Vogon and SOTA: Good to shoot with you guys and get shot by you guys. Always fun playing with you all.
Juicemachine: You're a jackass.
Admins: Thanks for keeping things in check.
Rick: Another great game as always, thanks for it.

That about sums it up for me. Great game!
Please, I insist.

Great game all.

To the Admins: Thanks for putting on such a awesome event. In combat things can be nothing but chaos. However in an event it helps to have some amount of control in place to help keep the game moving and as fair and balanced as can be.

To 1st Platoon EDG: Props to Variable and his crew as well as Miekele (sorry if I butchered the name) and his squad of misfits that got thrown together at the last minute. I had to do little more than relay the information that came across the command net to the Squad Leaders and then let them do their thing. Even on the rare occasion that I had to make on the fly corrections or rally a small team for a No Notice Immediate Tasker, the members of 1st Platoon as well as the rest of the EDG force that on occasion found their way to my part of the operation were fast to respond and follow direction that was given without question. The cooperation and patience of the Squad members was by far above and beyond what I had expected when P6 briefed the command team on how things would go. I figured that in short order, people would get bored of the whole "take and hold" plan and the zerg would be on. I enjoyed working with all of you and look forward to the next event whether I am in a leadership role or just a ground pounder.

To the Mahdi Team: Dont take it to heart that we stomped ya today. You put up a good fight and most of you stuck it out until the end. I know that noone likes to get stomped but it takes good sportsmanship to stick it out even when you are losing.

To Darius: All I can say is that Murphy always finds a way to rear his ugly head when you least want him to. But you did what you could with what you had and made a valiant effort to accomplish your mission. Keep your chin up and dont let it pull ya down.

Other than that, the only problem I had was people who didnt know when to let off the trigger. Normally not a problem, but it would be nice for people to not dump an entire mag into ya after you throw your hand up and call hit, especially when they are 20 feet away and shooting you in the face. Not complaining, just making an observation.
