Again, barrel length has a lot less to do with accuracy then you can imagine. There has been some work done suggesting that a barrel as short as 363mm can effectively produce rivaling, if not identical, results as a 590mm barrel. This can be seen also in early development of guns, where the common conception was that a longer barrel improved accuracy. Upon making the smooth bores of the day longer and longer, they realized that at a certain point, the longer barrels were making the weapons less and less accurate. At said realization they turned their attention to consistency and of course rifling. These principals can be applied to our sport, and make our focus keeping consistency and compression near perfect. Rifling can come later once those TK Twist barrels get tested better
