I have two 6.01mm tightbore barrels, I clean my barrels maybe every two months. I've never had a jam due to dirt in the barrel.mccarty95 wrote:Well, I've decided for my first upgrades I'm gonna get a madbull hop up and a mad bull 6.01 tightbore barrel. Yes, I know they take lots of maintenance and I only use tsd bbs and airsoft elite bbs.

They are one of the worst connectors. I am changing the connectors to traxxas (same as my rc's connectors) and I am removing the mi tamiyas and I might as well rewire the whole thing to 12ga wiring.
The reason for two connectors is it helps with dissembling the gun, Much easier to plug two connectors together that trying to feed wires through the stock over and over.mccarty95 wrote:Could someone please explain why further along the wires there is a small type tamiya connections? If you live near Renton, Wa I'll be willing to rewire it.mccarty95 wrote:I was talking about the connectors. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Ill just take the gearbox with me and see what thathe fattest wire I can put in there is.
