Hop up

So my hop up unit is too damn small to take anything but the stupid kwa backings. It's plastic, would filing it down with sandpaper a bit work? Or is there a different one I can buy and put in?

i really love my tm hop up so if your looking with a replacement thats the way to go.

TM/JG hopups don't work in KWA's, apparently.

Filed it down with sandpaper, even the thickest buckings fit really easily now. Don't know why they're made so ridiculously tight in the first place....

While we're on Hop-ups, how does a hard hop up rubber differ from a softer one? (Besides hardness)

The hardness of your bucking pertains to the speed. Lower FPS = Soft and the Higher FPS = Hard(er)
