Postby Jawnson » Tue Jul 19, 2011 12:19 pm

I'm wanting to purchase this gun but am unsure what type of battery i should get for it? Could anyone recommend a good bang for your buck battery?

I use a 9.6V nunchuck battery. It fits in the provided stock and gives a decent ROF. I've had to use 8.4V batteries before and the trigger response was terrible.

I'm going to order a nunchuck battery, but first of all are you looking for a battery compartment in the stock or a hand guard battery compartment

Best bang for your buck battery?

Well that depends on what type of battery compartment.
(I recommend to check dimension before buying.)

Buffer tube (may not fit in all buffer tubes)

Full stock

Handgaurd

Crane Stock

It says the recomended for this gun is a 9.4v small type battery. Does anyone recommend a good place to buy one of these?

Go GI might be more than other places but you get what you pay for

It be a funnier joke if airsoft batteries were better regulated.

Heres a great one size fits all battery.
http://www.ebairsoft.com/firefox-111v-1 ... -2088.html

These fit in pretty much anywhere you can stick a battery including a buffer tube.
The only common place you will not get it to fit is a PEQ15 or 16.

If you're looking for a 9.6v Nimh, the Chain Type are the easiest to install.

cheapest place locally for lipo and other batteries. Ships pretty fast too.

They have really good pricing on their lipos.
