Try it with a different battery.

Can you hear/feel the motor trying to turn in the grip?

When/how did the problem come about? Were the other symptoms leading up to the this?

Oh and if the motor isn't turning at all check the fuse.

I had the same problem with my G&G M4
1st check the fuse
2nd turn the screw at the bottom of the M16 grip just a little bit if it turns easily tighten it just a tiny amount and vice versa

this happened to my echo1 mp5 pdw. a new battery/charger fixed it, but I see that's not your problem... If you by-passed the fuse, try looking at it and making any necessary adjustments(re by-pass the fuse again), this worked on my G&G gr16 blow-back just fine. Hope I helped!

Post what you sent me in the PM on here, that way other people will be able to get a little more info as well and we can get some more ideas floating around.

When you say jammed do you mean a bb got stuck in the barrel or the gears locked up?

Is the rifle still under warrantee? If it is it would be worth it to talk to E1 and see if you can get it repaired by them.

I'd bet there's a chunk of the tappet plate wedged into the gears. Have a smitty look at it.

I'd just send it in and buy a crappy temporary gun from Walmart
