I believe the ban is shooting the guns in city limits, which was already a city ordinance and is in most cities.

Lets not forget the ever threatening yoga mats. Lets write a law requiring cars to be painted bright colors too because those do damage right? Hell lets just paint EVERYTHING neon orange.

If we do that then our air soft guns can be painted black so that they are different from everything else and the police can tell that they are non lethal.

But what if someone decides to paint their airsoft guns orange?
I'm a "fair weather" airsofter. I only play in the pouring rain, freezing cold, or broiling heat.

God, what a pathetic, whining country we've become. How do you confuse a kid with a real threat? It's no wonder LBCC enforces their "no carry" policy. *sigh*

+1

I was wondering the same thing. Hopefully we don't pull a California and end up having a huge political fight over whether or not we have to make our airsoft guns look like plastic pieces of crap.

I don't even see how this made the news. Sure, some schools got locked down, but if local citizens were more observant/not retarded, this would never have been an issue.
