Airsoft portraits

Postby Beran » Tue Aug 30, 2011 8:43 pm

Remember going to the fair and getting a neat caricature drawn of yourself? Ever wanted something like that, but more badass for your airsoft gun room (you all have one of those, right?) Well look no further. Our very own Jon Siruno can commission you your very own totally rad portrait of yourself in all your cool gear for the world to see.

I asked him to do this for me about a week ago, and it came out great. If you want your own, contact him here on AP to discuss pricing and timeline.

My favorite part? Being a fellow gearwhore he knows all the guns/gear, so you can just tell him what you want.

Now that you mention it the walls of my gun room (I totally have a bedroom dedicated to guns) are kindof bare.

Yes, I am interested. That turned out really cool! Plus, I envy anyone with artistic talent.....because I have none! PM inbound to the man.

I don't have a room per se (wife, kids seem to occupy the house), but the garage is mine! Finished with real walls, I have a Radio Control/Toys/Airsoft garage, not just a wimpy room! :) But, I would love to be back in the house. :(

I have a room, a shop, and part of another room. But when you start getting things like decoys, camo netting, spinners, and other related gear, you tend to take up a lot of room.

See Rob, the thing is, I have plenty of other toys, gear, and hobbies to fill more rooms, that is for certain. The difference is that I have.....children. Those little buggers can take up a lot of room, can be hazardous to your health and sanity at times, and they can be a destructive force as well. So my toys, gear and the like, have to be at a level of about 4 feet or higher, with the more dangerous toys toward the top. But, this piece of art that I could add to my garage, would be a welcome piece of art and culture to an otherwise child-like room of stuff!
