MOE Upgrade on E1 Stag-15 Mod4 Carbine

So I'm planning on upgrading multiple external components of my Echo 1 Stag (MOE handguard, grip, trigger guard, stock, and cheek rest) and in my reading it sounds like the E1 delta ring and hand guard cap need to be replaced. Is that correct?

Maybe. If I remember correctly, the MOE stuff is a drop in replacement for standard front hand guards.

Yes, but upon more reading, there is a mention that E1 uses a different delta ring
