Larson AFB Titan 1 Missle Site

So, after getting pretty much the most intense jealousy spree I've had in a long time, I decided to inquire. This

Looks like the coolest place to play, and I'm wondering if anybody is allowed on there to throw the cheap plastic. I'd be more than willing to make the drive up there, I have family in the area and this would be a great thing to take the cousins to. So if anybody has any info, or thinks this looks cool, post up!

that looks like the silo that was used in a few games posted on AP a few years ago. playing in it actually sucked a lot, because there is no opportunity to flank. one team finds a choke point and stacks 20 guys there and it turns into an hour of nobody moving anywhere and the other team getting gang raped repeatedly.

For a normal game as Beran said it'd be too easy to defend, but for a CQC event I could see it being a ton of fun. Have the scenario be something along the lines of disabling a supervillain's missile before he can blow up MI6. It'd only be playable with bangs and grenades, though.

Wasn't that game like $100+ to attend and a total clusterfuck?

I shot that video. Chris Craig didn't host that event, it was hosted by Steve Towns. The location was kind of cool, but the gameplay was pretty stagnant. The bottlenecks were horrible. A lot of people standing around ducking behind corners. In some places there's just no where else to get around.

What they really needed was a scripted tac-sim CQB event with actors and some type of scenario. The place is also literally out in the middle of nowhere and takes FOREVER to drive to from anywhere. So even if you had a game scenario that used the space well, it would be hard to get people to come out there.

As for the price, I believe it could be had for much cheaper. But again, you gotta get enough people to travel that far. I would not drive 7 hours to get there unless somebody had an extremely awesome well-planned game.

Even behind cover you got hit by the ricochet of BB's, it sucked. Topside was a little more fun though. You can also me going in like a boss at 2:41. :D

I loved the fact that we took the tunnel on the right side, then a group of terrorist materialized/spawned in behind our squad. So how you get a group of ppl past the only entrence was beyond me.
