G&P magpul m4...not sure how to open it

G&P magpul m4...not sure how to open it

Hey yall, just got a G&P magpul m4, the hop is not working at all, so i plan to get a new one and bucking, problem is im not sure how to open it. The tap pin does not budge and I definitely dont want break anything. Anyone have experience with this body. Thanks for your help.

Dunno if the G&P body has screws on the pins or not.. But they can be pretty stiff sometimes. Give them a little smack with a hammer and pin puncher and see what happens

With mine I just used a punch. Works just fine. Don't do the rear though, that's a fake one. As you are sliding the upper off, pull the charging handle and it'll come right off.
