The 3rd or the 10th would be better, It should not be too close to X-mas or it will conflict too much with the holidays.

Call the surgeons and tell them to take the day off, because I'll be doing all the operating now.

There's a point where this needs to stop, and we've clearly passed it

Dec would be awesome.
Maybe get a few things sold, so you can get buy gifts for others. =)

-Since we have a place. A little shooting comp wouldn't hurt, since its with (pistols)
I'm just hooked on that since the CAGE did one, and the winner got a free mag, and what not?

I'd like to put on another indoor swap meet, but it would require a large meeting area for cheap.

Also, since you asked for ideas. A dunk tank would be cool. Especially in December. I am sure Darius would volunteer to be dunked.

Has anyone in the past booked a spot at the expo center?? And I don't use the search feature but maybe an indoor swap/shooting challenge could be arranged if someone knew someone that has connections at the expo

Yeah, the gun and knife shows can only afford the space because of the profit they drag in. There's no way to get that same kind of financial backing for an airsoft swap meet.

You'd need to charge an entry fee.

And as usual, insurance. I'm not sure what it means, but $1,000,000 (minimum) insurance coverage seems HUGE.

Wouldn't someone have to have a fire arms distributing license as well?

No. an FFL is required for Firearms ( see ORS for description) and other certain items. Air soft falls into none of these categories.

$310 a day. Minimum.

At least $1000 for rental; if 200 sign up, 120 will show. That's about $10 entry fee... Fair. Assuming you could find someone with the insurance, that's not bad. But of course there are other costs...

Yes they are, but they have a lot of stuff stored in them, it would be pretty hard to have enough open space to hold it in there.
