AR Delta Ring Wrench

Does any one in the Eugene/Corvallis/Albany area have one that I could possibly borrow for about 15 minutes? Or where I can get one for cheap?

When someone deployed with mine, I just pushed it back and put a towel around the teeth and twisted hard. Thing came right off.

Or just use channel-locks... That's always an option.
