mag problems

Postby Saviour » Sun Oct 23, 2011 7:55 am

I've been having some trouble lately with ALL of my m4 style mags. I have about 30 total, ranging from mag mags, aim, king arms, g&g, g&p, a&k, and magpul. None of my mags seem to be feeding in any of my m4 platforms. I have a Ca m15a4, ics m4a1, g&p Sr15 URX, and a brand new g&p magpul m4, none of which have had a successful mag feed. I've been noticing that many of the guys I play with are having the same problem, especially with the "precision" magpul mags. What's the deal?

I had a similar issue with my pmags.

Make sure you leave them empty when not in use. But I'm sure you already knew that.

What I had to do was use a little silicone in the may and let it sit for a few days. After that my issue was resolved and they feed perfect.

Don't load them to the BB limit, put say, 60 at most into them. Also, through some silicon oil down there.

Call the surgeons and tell them to take the day off, because I'll be doing all the operating now.

There's a point where this needs to stop, and we've clearly passed it

I've been using the same G&P midcaps for forever and they have fed perfectly in all of my M4 AEG's that I've used them in (10+).... Including CA, VFC, madbull, G&P, and ICS bodies.

What type of Magpul mag are you using? I've had issues with the Pmags, but Emags feed in every M4 I've tried (KWA, CA, newer VFC, and G&P). The only gun than hasn't worked with the Emags is a POS older VFC 416. That stinker doesn't work with any mags
