So I have a few questions;
1.) How many people do you expect to come to this from the community? Myself and a couple others are interested in coming to try and sell off some extra SFLCS and other kit/accessories/stuffs we have, and not to sound like a pessimist, but if there aren't really going to be that many people there, we might not come, because we're all located in Washington, and it's a considerable drive for this (6 hours round trip for my teammates, 10 hours round trip for me).

2.) Just confirming, if we pay for a team table, we are still allowed to sell items, correct? Do we provide the table, or is it provided for us?

3.) As long as guns are transported inside in cases, are they allowed to be set up inside on and around the table?

(1.)So Far we have 6 Sellers tables reserved, 6 Team Tables, 5 Vendor booths, and 3 Sponsor booths. So not as many as I would like, (We have had some bail outs) but Overall it should be a good show. Not really sure how many are planning on coming to buy, but the more we have signed up to sell, the more people will come to buy.

(2.) Yes! If you purchase a "Team Table" you will be allowed to sell, promote your team, recruit, yada yada. Its yours to do what you want with. The table and chairs will be provided for you. the Team table is 12' long, and comes with 4 chairs.

(3.) Once inside the Expo Room, you will be able to display non loaded weapons, gear, whatever. You must only keep your replicas inside boxes/bags etc while in transit. But as I have mentioned before, those who are coming to sell, will be bringing their gear in the back door from an access road, strait into the expo. This way other hotel patrons don't even see a replica at all.

I would however like to see a list on the front page of who's got tables so i know what to expect. You should also get some of the airsoft places on facebook to repost a link so the word can get out. They have thousands upon thousands of followers.

The only thing is...he/they may not want it that big for the type of place they are renting..etc.

You have to purchase a table to sell anything.

Remember guys, if you want to sell, buying a sellers table is $5 on top of your entry fee. If you purchase a team table, it is saving you $5 on your entry fees.

The EXPO is going to be open to the public at 10am. Sellers, Vendors, and sponsors all need to be there from 0800-0930 to set up their tables, booths etc. We will be conducting traffic and parking enforcement at the hotel to ensure everyone is where they need to be at all times. Transportation to and from the expo room will be monitored by Phantom Fury staff, and all transfers will be done inside the building. There will be no transferring of replicas or gear in the general parking lot.

Our Prepay will be open for about 10 more days so if you have said that you want a sellers table, be sure to do prepay so you don't loose your spot.
