Strap on a secondary carbine whilst sniping

I am in need of a sling or pouch that I can attach M4A1 to but still be able to move with a bolt-action, is this possible?

Yes, my cousin does it with a shotgun scabbord on his back. He runs a bolt, then when needed, he drops the bolt, and pulls the m4 to use.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty

In before strap-on jokes.

Toting around an M4 in addition to a long rifle sounds like a pain in the a$$ to me. You aren't going to be very ninja-like, that's for sure. Why not just buy a smaller sub-gun or a GBB pistol?

This. I've tried running both a bolt and an AEG and it just gets in the way. You won't be happy with weight. You won't be able to crawl in/through bushes. Take it to the spawn and leave it there. Or get a good GBB pistol to use. I've pulled my GBB many many times when running my bolt.

While I agree with what is said above, if you are adamant about running an AEG as a secondary, take a look at this.... http://vikingtactics.com/specialtyslings_backpack.html

You could also use a 2 point sling and a couple of weapon catches and do it that way.
My father once told me, "Some times all you have is a bullet and a prayer, don't miss."

If you're not wearing a backpack, and if you're not needing to draw it fast, you can just use a good 'ol two point sling strapped diagonally across your back. I've done it before with an M4 and an M60, although I didn't have to crawl with it.

Eberlestock Gunslinger.

Also, unless something has chaged recently, if you get hung up on something in the IAS, you can't unclip the wapon from you to clear the hangup if it is in two-point mode. If you are going to be crawling through stuff with a rifle on your back, an IAS may not be the best answer.
