G&P.

OoooOoOh.

The most info I can find is that

Receivers with tabs that open like a real AR:
TM and its Clones
KWA
ICS

Receivers that slide open:
GP
GG
CA
KA
Madbull JP Riffle body
VFC
PRIME
Best Gun MRP
AGM
DBOYS

That should cut it down a little.
But all the sliding receivers likely are different still.

AABB uppers will fit G&P lowers vice versa. AGM uppers will not fit AABB or G&P lowers and vice versa...King Arms uppers will fit AGM lowers and vice versa...

AABB upper receiver with G&P lower receivers fits without no modifications...

also the "BG VLTOR STYLE AEG UPPER RECEIVER " says it fits G&P

CA alone has 4 different generations of receivers that are all different, you will probably just have to use G&P with G&P, now i haven't sat down and mixed and matched every combination, but experience tells me that crossing manufacturer parts in this area wont work too well usually.

And what the hell is "AABB"?

No clue. That's a quote I took off another page.

Generally if you can get your hands on any other "sliding" receivers that don't cost you anything, you can check. But from what I've seen(in the 5 min check), the only after market ones that I saw that say right out that they fit are those veltor or whatever ones.

AABB is a GBBR parts manufacturer. Dunno about their AEG series, but in the GBB world, they're kinda like ECHO1USA. Slightly better than JG, but barely...
