Sounds like Sniperzden is going to be pretty badass by the time you're done with it!

It will be. By september it should look even more different outside the village. The PBers love the way that place is. I think it could use alot of work. So we will focus on all of the "other" areas

Come on... 14+...
I'm no gearwhore. I prefer "Connoisseur of Fine Tactical Garments".
See me? No? Good.
According to society, I'm too retarded to have life.

Riddick wrote:Ammo Restriction: -EVENT AMMO ONLY-
Each player (NON-BOLT RIFLE USER) must purchase the event hosts ammo through PRE-PAY or ONSITE PURCHASE. The only exception to this rule is for players using bolt action rifles using ammo heavier than .30g, however you must still check in your ammo at the registration desk. If you have left over field ammo that you would like to use at the next Sniperzden event, please see me and I will use a Tamper Proof Seal to secure your ammo so that you will be able to use it again at the field. However if you decide in the meantime to use it and break the seal, you will be required to buy another bag of ammo on your next visit.

Rick, in rereading the main post, I noticed the above block of text. Not sure if I missed it in my zeal to sign up, but I have questions. Is this a field policy or a host policy? I notice that that Pacific Wars II does not delineate the same restriction. Further, does the exception exist for factory-sealed bags as discussed in the community discussion around the field's ammo policy?

I've already made my thoughts on ammo restrictions known, in so far as I'm fine with proving my ammo is bio, but not with being forced to buy ammo from a host.

This is the field policy that was created to address the buyserie farms concern over the use of non-bio ammo and the use of GOOD bio ammo. The pacifica wars game thread is missing a few key things, so it's lack of policy is something that needs to be added.

I will provide the write-up when I get back from church, I will post the policy thread so that this thread doesn't get off track. I personally don't want to go this route but I don't have a choice. If we want to continue using the field, some changes had to be made that the owners wanted. Now let the conspiracy theorists enjoy. write up coming soon.
