I have a G&P m4 that I love, I don't know a whole lot about lipo but I am damn near positive they are lipo ready. It is a great gun, made well. Cost me 260 for the gun and came to 320 after I did some cosmetic changes. Overall a fantastic gun, shot 410 out of the box.
at first I thought shooting people with BB guns was violent, cruel, and demeening to the loser.
I later found out that it is all of that and much more.

I have both g&p and kwa, both running LiPo. When running, both are awesome, problem is my g&p seems to constantly need minor maintenance. Both are fussy on what mags are compatible. G&P has much sexier externals.

They are not nearly as good as kwa with 11.1 batteries. If your gonna run lipo's, go with kwa. Buy a g&p when you got money to burn on upgrades.

I know it is made in china, but i would have to say this is one of the best guns I have gotten yet compared to a KWA MP7, Echo 1 AK74, G&G M4, WE 1911, and an A&K SVD....here it is APS ASR 103 http://www.acmgear.com/cqbr-full-metal-rifle-p-1181.html
it could use a gearbox upgrade, but i have run an 11.1 lipo for a long time now, and have also held the trigger down for 5 seconds straight on full auto a few times and have not had any problems. In addition it comes stock with a mosfet.
Pros: Very good stock motor, mosfet, all metal externals except pistol grip and buttstock, will take a 11.1 lipo, easy field strip, high rof, electric blowback, slide lock, flip sights, ris, and only $127
cons: plastic piston, plastic spring guide, a little wobble in stock, and wobble in mag well(very easy to fix with some one sided sticky foam stuck inside of the mag well in the back, or leave it open, let the mag wobble, and the gun will be compatible with ANY M4 mag)

I would HIGHLY recommend this gun....very high quality and cheap price
P.S. with just about all the possible internal upgrades this would be much better than a KWA or CA for just about the same price

I say no. Others might disagree, but they won't disagree that CA and KWA are both solid.

I disagree, actually. CA has pretty bad internals and I'm not even going to get started on KWA...

Code, that "Recky" looks moronic with it's chibi barrel. If you want Magpul furniture, buy something better to begin with and then put Magpul on it.

I alway like KWA. Especially KWA M4 RIS. Looks like an issue M4, shoots a consistent 400, and can handle the hi volts. I personally like semi-auto with an 11.1V battery. Full auto with those batteries is honestly very silly.

If you want something even MOAR silly, talk to Chesty about the CA M4 he just built for one of his friends. 20 RPS, 365 FPS. AAAAAAaaaand it's blowback. just an extra coolness feature.

buy something better? you stated that javilin were awesome guns and said that i should get one at TKNW. whatever though APS are so-so, honestly i think drpe should just give me the 200-400$ for vague topic suggestion fees

if your are really interested in recce javelin they make a kit that is just the barrel and handguard so you can put it on any gun you want http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.p ... ts_id=9713 they are only $100 to and that is not a lot of money for all that you are getting.

If you know a tech, you could build a custom gun that fits your needs easily in that price range.

My opinion if you don't want to do that.

1.KWA is Ok if you don't want to do internal changes but for that much money you could do way better.

2. CA is out of the question, they have a good piston and thats it.

3.G&P is also OK with more flexibility. You would want to replace the piston though right of the bat. Their gears tend to hold up well. Their gearbox is amazing for shimming and thick wiring.

4.If someone suggests KA or VFC, then don't listen to them.

5.Tokyo Marui is not even something that should be considered unless you want to replace all of the internals after your purchase.
That covers most of the major brands in that price range.

I completely agree with absolutely nothing you just said.
I tech a lot of different guns and i have seen the internals and externals new and how they hold up after time.

i would say get a kwa,vfc, or a g&p.
ca is good if you pay for their expensive stuff.
tm is the best until you let the magical pixie fairies out when you touch the gear box.
king arms is kinda a beginner gun so i wouldn't.
