I can help you with running some games. I may have done that before...

Eugene is awesome.

It's great to see that another field could very well be built.

Also, like others have said, get a few innawoods games going. You'll get some experience, and at the same time, get some money (Everyone's down for a 5 dollar skirm) to fund the project as well.

Call the surgeons and tell them to take the day off, because I'll be doing all the operating now.

There's a point where this needs to stop, and we've clearly passed it

I'm at the field site now, and talking with the owner and next weekend is a possibility for a skirmish. Could we get enough guys for a field alpha test?

I might need a ride, but I'd be interested in going next weekend.

Might be cool. I'm still pulling the last bits of kit together so I may or may not be able to go.

There are some minor glitches. It looks like it's going to rain all week, and I don't know how the road up to the field will be. I have never driven up that road. The owner says it should be fine. There is some gravel on it but it was placed years ago.

And then there is another, more complicated problem. The owner's son lives on the property, and the road to the field shares part of his driveway. He doesn't like visitors. They are kind of having some family issues, but the son doesn't own the property and we have permission to be there. :/ Thoughts?

Also, this is an "alpha test". I haven't made any boundaries yet, and I was hoping we could do that before we skirmish. Walk the field site, make boundaries, try it out, make adjustments as need be. Thanks

Yeah. I know :/ The road is the main concern.

Thinking May 5th for the test. Road could be in better shape, and gives time for the son to accept the fact that we are going to play there :D

When I was there today, I took a few photos. Yes the tree's are kinda dense, but we can cut them.

I'd recommend buildings. (Multiple stories are neat) and often requested.

you have multiple story buildings and people will come down.

I would be down to come out and do build weekends being I'm located in Eugene.

If the 5th works out I'm willing to come out early with some tools and take off some of those lower limbs so we can move through the trees.
