Best gun for low cost?

Postby Spitfire » Thu Jun 28, 2012 5:23 pm

Me and a couple friends are buying some loaner guns for our airsoft team. Guns that are loaned for a new player to experience the sport...play...etc.

Although we are charging for daily use of the gun at our events(cheap, maybe $15 for the day, just for repairs that may be needed), we would like a gun that is fairly durable. No prefference on plastic/metal as long as it's decent plastic. We are kinda also hoping that the guns we get will be ~370+ fps with .2s. However it does need to comply with out AEG limit of 450 fps.

So far the gun that has stood out the most is the CYMA CM028.

I don't wanna hear any of that "invest in a gun more expensive then that" junk. These guns are simple loaners for newer players to beat up.

Anyone have some great recommended guns for 100-150 bucks?

Shorty Cyma AKs would be perfect for that.

I understand CYMA makes the best stock AK on the market.

no by shorty, he meant the Ak47 beta spetsnaz made by JG or cyma. But yea that AK is a great starter gun, and pretty reliable. Almost all JG guns will be good for lending. they offer very effective guns for a good price.

Android got it. It seems they shoot under 400, where as the full length ones don't.
Also smaller means easier to pack.

Also Cyma aren't the best stock AKs, but they are 1/3 of the price of anything that's better.

Have the same exact one. Only things that I saw wrong with it were that the rear sling point is crap and that the flashhider is wobbly and places the inner barrel at an angle.

Would CYMA or JG be more reliable? I understand they are both chinese, but is either more reputable then the other? Never bought from these companies before. Haha

This is what we were thinking of getting. I'm not sure how much we will like it but hey, they will probably be going through quite the bit.

I have a Cyma gearbox that's been running for three years of serious abuse and has outlasted the gun it came from. They're worth it.
