Ares = S&T?, Can someone clarify the G36 for me on these co

I was gifted this:
http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.p ... ts_id=9599

I read that Ares no longer does Umarex G36C. I thought this was a G36C from Ares. ASGI labels the manufacturer Umarex and not S&T.

However, this below is labeled S&T as the manufacturer.

The top link is the gun I was gifted.
So what exactly am I getting?
Is it an Ares or an S&T? I read many great things and I was actually excited for the body, internals. I read Ares G36C stood up to the M120 Springs fine and I have a Systema M120S spring I was going to put in when it gets here.

My questions is since it is most likely an S&T will I be getting the same internal/externals as the legendary Ares g36C I hear about? I am actually kind of disappointed.

I have no idea what I got I saw Ares on RedWolf for around 150 for the G36C.

I am not sure what I got... I was hoping to simply stick a M120S in but I hear it needs a new piston head thats ported....

AirsoftGi has the gun i got in the ares section redwolf says its made by star but I am having my doubts
again, here is the gun i got: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.p ... ts_id=9599

The reason i am asking because i want to know if need to change anything. All i want is 400fps and a reliable gun.

S&T is essentially a "sportline" brand of Ares guns. Umarex itself is not an airsoft company, rather they buy licenses from real gun manufacturers to sell to third party companies so they can use their designs and trades i.e.: H&K for KWA and Ares, FNH for G&G, etc. They also sell licenses to companies that make pellet guns and real firearms.

Then what gun is this in the link:

It says manufacturer Umarex which doesn't actually say much now that I understand what they are and do.
