I'm with McNair on this one, but I think we perhaps need to be a bit clearer in explaining the objectives next time so that maybe players can make better decisions themselves.

I do also admit that I should have done more to explain the basic game rules to the NG, but there were a few bruised player egos that caused tempers to flare also.

I hope to help out again this year, and hope to contribute more, but there was a fair bit of it that was out of our hands as well.

Looking forward to it though!

Stay tuned!

Will it still be in the Pacific Northwest?

Absolutely YES, it is a NW OP.

Amazing! It would be pretty fun to play at Fort Casey up in Washington *cough cough

"Fort Casey State Park is a 467-acre marine camping park..."
I do hope that after all this discreditable shuffling we may be taken into action. It has a wonderful way of reconciling a man with himself: and with everybody else, sometimes. - 1st Lt. James Dillon

But it would still be sick with the old fort and the beach area. There are some areas that would require some caution but for the most part its really sick.

LC gets a lot of its leads for new AO's from the players themselves, then if the prospect AO is unique enough, a team is sent to scout it. If you have ideas, send them in.

Trojan Nuclear Power plant, Rainier Oregon. Office buildings and park around it.

Scouted a second potential AO yesterday, and while it has the "WOW" factor, it wouldn't be able to sustain a large event. On to the next potential site...

What are the uniform requirements likely to be?

There is a military base in central Oregon that could be fun, too.

Australian DPCU vs Norwegian M/03..... ;) It will most likely be Russian/M81 vs Multicam.

I've had a hiatus from Airsoft for a while, but I'm picking up new gear and hoping this summer will be full of going to Skirmishes, Operations, and other Airsoft events. I am looking forward to Tradewinds 2, and I think it will crown my re-entry into the hobby nicely. :D

I look forward to seeing you all on the field!
