Our faster (RPS not FPS) running weapons get a build up in the barrel of whatever it is that coats the bio bb's. This will, if left alone, cause a jamming issue in our KWA's(most have stock barrels) within a single game. One of our guys had to buy a 6mm bore brush to clean out the gunk. I assume after time, and no maintenance, our slower running guns will have the same build up. So the obvious lesson here is to bring a barrel cleaner of some sort to the game and expect to use it. No biggie really, unless you have to sit out a huge portion of the game due to not knowing this would happen if you run some brands of bio's through your hot rod.
The other problems I have experienced are shot consistancy and spread pattern. I too suffer from feed problems with bio(not so much that it happens every other shot, just at the most unfortunate times) and also my spread pattern gets worse with bio. This is just what I have experienced with bio ammo in my weapon with my eyes, others have either not noticed any issue or have none.
Maybe its my magazines that don't like the bio but I'm not spending extra money for specific mags just to shoot a sub standard round.
I wonder if moving from a standard .25 bb to a bio .28 bb would help with my spread pattern? F it, I won't be going to any bio only games for a bit anyway.
